PAOK sign Andreas Glyniadakis
PAOK sign Andreas Glyniadakis. The 35 years old Greek center penned an one year contract. Glyniadakis started his professional career with Panathinaikos and has
played for Panellinios, Peristeri, AEK, Maroussi and Olympiacos in
Greece. He has won Euroleague twice, in 2000 with Panathinaikos and 2012
with Olympiacos. Glyniadakis was selected by the Detroit Pistons with
the 58th pick in the 2003 NBA Draft, and has played 13 games in the NBA
with Seattle SuperSonics and in the NBA D-League with Roanoke Dazzle and
Albuquerque Thunderbirds. In Europe he has also played in Kazakhstan
with Astana, in Lithuania with Lietuvos Rytas, in Turkey with Royal Halı
Gaziantep, and in Switzerland for Lions de
Genève. In the last season Glyniadakis played for Kifisia averaging 9.5 points, 4.10 rebounds per game.
