AEL signed Sigurdur Thorsteinsson. The Icelandic center played for Mahites Doxa Pekfon in A2 League Greece in the previous season and averaged 11.7 points and 7.8 rebounds per game. Thorsteinsson will continue to play in A2 League with the newly promoted team of AEL.
